License Agreement

To download a copy of any of the software Programs for a 21-day trial period, please complete this Evaluation Agreement and submit the form to VTI, Inc..
SOFTWARE EVALUATION & LICENSE AGREEMENT
All VTI, Inc. products and related documentation are proprietary to VTI, Inc. and/or its licensors and are made available by VTI, Inc. for use in their prospective public safety sectors solely under license to authorized users.
VTI, Inc. hereby grants to the "Evaluator" as of this date, a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to examine, evaluate and to use the software program for a 21-day trial period, At the end of the 21-day trial period, the software program will not be active and Evaluator will either purchase the program or uninstall the software.  
You may purchase the software product at any point using one of the following methods of payment: (a) Purchase Order, (b) Check or (c) Credit Card. Upon providing one of the above, the Evaluator will be provided a permanent Key that can be used for the softare program. 
Any use, distribution or redistribution of any VTI, Inc. products, other than as permitted by this license, is a violation of the intellectual property rights of VTI, Inc. and its licensors and of the copyright laws of the United States, and will materially damage VTI, Inc.
All VTI software is licensed for use "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and is licensed subject to the additional terms of the license agreement packaged with the software
